What’s it like working at Recap?
We’re a tight-knit, in-house crew who shoot, edit and design together, and travel is a big part of the job. No two weeks look the same. One day you’re on location interstate, the next you’re on a product shoot in our Recap Studio. Back at base, we’re a creative, open-plan workplace where we back each other’s growth and celebrate the wins together. We LOVE a social event too. Monthly team BBQs are a must.
Is there room to grow?
Definitely. We run regular team huddles, dedicated creative one-on-one time, career roadmapping sessions and annual reviews, so you always know where you’re heading and how we’ll help you get there. The beauty of a tight-knit team is that nothing’s set in stone. For our A players, roles can be moulded around your strengths and where you want to go.
